Terms of Use
Last updated September 8, 2026
Short version. This is a website about a grappling team. You can read it and you can join a mailing list. You should not attack it, scrape it, or pass our team marks off as your own. Schedules and rosters change, and we cannot promise every detail is current the moment you read it. If we ever have a disagreement, we would rather talk first than litigate.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you are confirming that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. What this site is
This site is an informational and promotional website for Dallas Mustangs, a franchise competing in the Professional Grappling Federation. It publishes news about the team and offers a way to join a mailing list for team updates.
This site does not sell anything. It takes no payments, creates no user accounts, and sells no tickets, merchandise or memberships. Joining the mailing list creates no contract between us beyond the permission you give us to send you messages, which you can withdraw at any time.
3. Who may use it
Anyone may read this site. To join the mailing list you must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17, please get permission from a parent or guardian first. You must be 18 or older to enter into any agreement with us. See section 10 of our Privacy Policy for how we handle information from younger fans.
4. Accounts, payments and subscriptions
There are none. This site has no user accounts, no login, no shopping cart, no payment processing and no recurring billing of any kind. Nothing on this site will ever charge you. If that changes, these terms will be updated before it does.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with the site's operation, or try to gain access to any part of it you were not given.
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site or its images by automated means.
- Submit false contact information, or sign somebody else up without their permission.
- Use the site to send unsolicited messages, malware or anything unlawful.
- Copy the team's name, crest or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Signing another person up to the mailing list without their consent is not a technicality to us. It exposes both of us to liability under the laws that govern text and email marketing, and we will remove any record we believe was submitted that way.
6. Our content and marks
The text, images, layout and design of this site belong to Dallas Mustangs or to the people who licensed them to us. The Dallas Mustangs name, crest and team marks are ours. You may link to the site and quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce the site's content commercially, or use our name or crest on merchandise, sponsorship material or another website, without our written permission.
7. Anything you send us
This site has no comment section, no reviews and no uploads, so there is nothing for you to publish here. You may still send us something by email or any other route. If you do, you confirm that it is yours to send. You also give us permission to use it in connection with the team, unless you tell us otherwise in writing at the time. Do not send us confidential information or anything you would not want repeated.
8. Links and services we do not control
This site links to places we do not run, including the league at www.pgf.world , video served by a third-party video platform, and the social platforms listed in our footer. The signup form is served by a third-party contact platform. We do not control those services, their content, their availability or their terms, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their terms, not ours.
9. League and other teams' marks
PGF refers to the Professional Grappling Federation. The league's name and marks belong to the league. The names and marks of other franchises mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary only. Nothing on this site should be read as a statement by the league or by any other franchise. Where we describe league rules, schedules or structure, the league's own published material governs over ours.
10. Disclaimers
This site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Schedules, rosters and results change. We publish what we have and update it as we learn more, but we cannot guarantee that any detail is current at the moment you read it. Confirm match times, venues and broadcast details with the league before making plans or spending money. Any statement about a future season, roster or event is a present expectation, not a promise.
11. Limitation of liability
This section limits what we owe you if something goes wrong. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dallas Mustangs and its owners, officers and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages. Nor for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. That applies to any claim arising out of or connected to your use of this site. It applies whether the claim is based in contract, in tort or on any other theory. It applies even if we were told such damages were possible.
Because this site charges you nothing, our total liability to you for any claim connected to it is limited to one hundred United States dollars.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the limits above apply only as far as that state's law permits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud. Nothing here limits liability for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnification
If someone brings a claim against us because of something you did, you agree to cover it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dallas Mustangs and its owners, officers and contractors from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees. This covers claims arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of anyone else's rights.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or withdraw access to this site at any time and without notice. We may also remove a contact record from our list on the same basis. That includes where we believe these terms have been broken. You may end your side of the relationship at any time by unsubscribing from email and replying STOP to texts. The sections that by their nature should survive, including sections 6, 10, 11, 12 and 17, survive.
14. Governing law and where disputes are heard
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE NEEDED], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute that reaches a court will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY AND STATE OF VENUE NEEDED], and both you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This does not prevent either of us from bringing a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
15. How we handle disputes
If you have a problem with us, please email [email protected] first and describe it. We will do the same in reverse. Most things get solved this way. We each agree to give the other 30 days to resolve a dispute informally before starting any formal proceeding.
If informal resolution does not work, either of us may take the matter to the courts described in section 14, or to small claims court where the claim qualifies.
Note for review. These terms contain no binding arbitration clause and no class-action waiver. That is deliberate. Those clauses need state-specific drafting and an attorney's judgment about whether they are worth having, and they were not added on autopilot. If the business wants them, they should be drafted rather than borrowed.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant we will say so on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site and unsubscribe.
17. General
If one part fails. If a court finds any part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part is narrowed or removed, by as little as possible, and the rest stays in force.
Not enforcing a right is not giving it up. If we do not act on something straight away, we keep the right to act on it later. Giving up a right only counts if we put it in writing.
The whole agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about this site. They replace anything said or written before it on that subject.
Transfers. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours to a buyer of the team or of the business that runs it, and these terms carry over.
Doing this electronically. You agree that we may deal with you electronically. Notices, agreements and records we send that way meet any legal requirement that they be in writing.
Headings. The headings are there to help you find things. They do not change what a section says.
